Hi Paul! Thanks for suggesting a biennial subscription. I’ve added it as an option for each of the plan levels.
You have the ability to modify your subscription, so if you need to change to an annual plan after two years, you can do that from your Monitor My Watershed Shop account.

@w3asa Glad to hear you were able to download your data. The Monitor My Watershed download function may not perform well if the file size is too large. Here are a couple of tips for avoiding download timeouts:

Thanks for posting, Jake. The data download problem appears to have occurred after the recent release of Monitor My Watershed v. 0.17.0. A GitHub issue was created for the tech team, and we hope to have a fix soon.

@brianjastram, thanks to quick action from the LimnoTech, a fix has been deployed. You should now see a required “Deploy site for” dropdown field to choose from for your new site.

Hi Jim, a shop account will be automatically created when you pay for a subscription and you’ll receive an email with your username and a link to reset the password. The shop account will allow you to manage and modify your subscription. Thanks for your support of Monitor My Watershed!
