The DNS is now resolving correctly, and I can reach Monitor My Watershed in multiple browsers and devices. If you’re still having trouble, please try purging your browser cache or opening a new private/incognito window. The domain is now set to auto-renew.

Hi @lance-lascari, the domain has been renewed, and access should be restored soon. I’ll keep an eye on it. Thanks!

Hi Paul! Thanks for suggesting a biennial subscription. I’ve added it as an option for each of the plan levels.

You have the ability to modify your subscription, so if you need to change to an annual plan after two years, you can do that from your Monitor My Watershed Shop account.

Hi Fiona, @srgdamiano may be able to help you with this. There is also a pathway within the Monitor My Watershed site itself for making sensor requests. I’ll describe it here in case it is also helpful to others.

When adding a new sensor to a site on MonitorMW, if you don’t see what you need in the Add New Sensor modal window, scroll to the bottom of the modal and click the link to send an email request to the MonitorMW team. If it’s a sensor you’ve already added to your site, navigate to the Manage Sensors page and click the Edit icon on the desired sensor. Scroll to the bottom of the Update Sensor modal window, and you’ll find the same email link.

            I hope this helps!

@w3asa Glad to hear you were able to download your data. The Monitor My Watershed download function may not perform well if the file size is too large. Here are a couple of tips for avoiding download timeouts:

              • Don’t collect data at 5-minute intervals for long periods unless you know you need it for a particular parameter and site; 15-minute data collection should be the default for most users.
              • If you are requesting large volumes of data, view the data in TSV before using the download button. If TSV can plot the requested data, you can be reasonably sure the download will be successful.

@jlemontu-org @w3asa, the LimnoTech team has pushed out a fix for this issue. Please give it a try and confirm you are now able to download data.

Thanks for posting, Jake. The data download problem appears to have occurred after the recent release of Monitor My Watershed v. 0.17.0. A GitHub issue was created for the tech team, and we hope to have a fix soon.

@brianjastram, thanks to quick action from the LimnoTech team, a fix has been deployed. You should now see a required “Deploy site for” dropdown field to choose from for your new site.

@brianjastram, thanks for reporting this issue and providing the screenshot. I’ve pinged the LimnoTech team on GitHub so they can take a look.
