Thank you for that info.
I need to tap another hole for the Turner device and was wondering if you have a size recommendation for a drill tap and waterproof cable gland.

Shannon,
Thank you for the confirmation and write up for the sketch setup. I just have the phycocyanin C-FLUOR. This is my first time soldering, so I’m practicing on another board before I commit on the MP screw terminal board.
Have you notice big differences between the calibration sheet versus your manual calibration? And for the manual…[Read more]

Shannon,
I attached a picture of how I am connecting the C-FLOUR to the multipurpose screw terminal board. Can you let me know if this is the correct wiring and resistor amount, type, and location?
Thank you.

<div>Hi Shannon,</div>
<div></div>
<div>I ordered a C-FLOUR not realizing that the modular sensor library only has compatibility with the Cyclops-7F, even though you mentioned the Cyclops in your earlier post.</div>

<div>Based on what a rep has told me, Turner is starting to phase out their Cyclops-7F sensors and replacing them with…[Read more] -

Hi,
Has anyone setup their Mayfly data logger to monitor HABs in ponds/lakes? Right now, we are manually collecting the samples and trying to see if doing continuous monitoring would be beneficial.
Thank you.

@neilh20 I attached a screenshot of what I am entering to register a site. Am I missing something that is causing me this error?
I’m wondering if the account itself is the problem?

My sites didn’t get registered though. Can anyone else register a site to see if the error pops up?

I seem to be having issues with registering a new site on MMW where it is giving me this error: Server Error (500)
I tried on three different devices and three different browsers.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Thank you.

@neilh20 Thank you for all of the info! It makes sense to create a dummy site on MMW so I can test without interfering with the production site. I will let you know how it turns out.

I am going to be changing out a Mayfly datalogger board at an existing location and was trying to figure out the best approach in regard to data consistency. Since the location of the logger and sensors are the same, I will be using the existing UUIDs of the current site on MMW. I want to test out the board before deploying to see if the…[Read more]

Hi All,
I have been using android phones to connect a USB C -> FTDI cable to the FTDI port on the mayfly data logger to read data via the Serial USB Terminal app in the field.
Have any of you had success with connecting an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) to the mayfly data logger via cable?
Thank you.

I’m trying to troubleshoot a issue with the CTD or Mayfly data logger. I haven’t done anything yet, but just wanted to see if anyone has had this issue and what they did to fix it before I go out and troubleshoot.

Do you have a recommended outdoor rated cable to attach to the sensor?
Thanks

Hi,
I would like to attach a MB7389 HRXL-MaxSonar-WRMT sensor to a Mayfly data logger.
Is there a recommendation on how to do that if the sensor is several feet away from the logger?
When searching the forums, I see examples of them being directly attached to the Pelican Case.I was thinking of getting the sensor with the shielded cabled…[Read more]
