We sent inventory to Amazon a while ago, we’re just waiting for them to process it and make it available, and I don’t know exact dates until they’ve finished, but if you follow the Amazon links on the Availability page it will take you to the listing for each product, even if they don’t appear in the Amazon search results yet.

In case people might not have noticed since the 10th, the EnviroDIY shop has the new Mayfly v1.1 board in stock in 5-packs of the boards, the starter kits, and the fully monitoring station kit. We’re still trying to resolve some issues with Amazon so I don’t have an estimated date on when they’ll be available in single quantities there.

Just an update: we’ve pushed the release date back to March 10 to account for some logistical issues here, plus it’ll give more time for Amazon to restock the boards so they’ll be available in single quantities closer to date we’re releasing them in 5-packs on our EnviroDIY shop.

Nope, it’s a different issue related to the current-limiting circuitry in another part of the board, so a cap won’t help.

We’ll eventually publish the BOM when I get a chance. I’ve been doing sensor station maintenance and installation most of my time for the past couple weeks, along with getting all the products to Amazon and ready for the shop inventory (where they are now available). In the meantime I can email your the specs on the parts.

Just a little FYI, but the wiper on the Yosemitech Y511A sometimes causes issues if you’re powering the sensor directly from the Mayfly 1.0 revA3 (current release) onboard 12v boost regulator. I’ve come up with a workaround, but will have to apply it to the next manufacturing run of boards, and also make a couple minor changes to the Modbus adapter half-shield design

Try changing your CTD address to “1” or anything other than 0. The sensors sometimes give slightly different outputs when they are configured as channel “0”. If that doesn’t fix it, I can send post some sample code that I use for interacting with the CTD sensors. However, we are currently in the process of rewriting most of our libraries in order to implement a new modular sensor method, so some of my previous examples might be broken now unless you use the older libraries.

No, I haven’t had any problems with the foam or the cases. In fact, in some of the loggers in locations with a strong cellular signal, I skip the external antenna for the GPRS module and simply use a small PCB antenna and simply tuck that antenna between the small Mayfly enclosure and the foam.
