    Hi Beth,
    No kicking involved when folks are trying to help!
    I have tried toggling the on/off switch… no luck.
    The leds do their flashy bit to let me know that the device is alive in there somewhere – and the amber light glows brightly to show that the battery is charging – but no communication b/t pc or mac.
